Director of Administration, Finance, Health and Human Services for the City of Plainfield. Multi-certified technology professional with experience as an Administrative Inspector for the NJ Department of Community Affairs Hotel and Multiple Dwellings, managing enterprise implementations of healthcare information and EMR systems. Former Pharmacist for a 200 bed Nursing Home. Expert in gathering, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements; creating global metrics, trend charts and other decision-making tools; leading data-modeling and process-mapping initiatives; and designing/re-engineering processes, workflows and technology solutions for healthcare systems and networks. Proven ability to lead seamless implementations and deliver next-generation technical solutions improving revenues, margins and workplace productivity.

Owned The Prescription Service, Jefferson Ave. Elizabeth, and Lenzen’s Prescription Service, Westfield Ave. Elizabeth, and Staff Pharmacist at Wainger’s Drug Store, S. Broad St. Elizabeth.

Appointed and reappointed by various governors of NJ to the NJ Mosquito Control Commission, and the NJ Noise Control Council, and the Governor’s Obesity Prevention Task Force.

Former Legislative Aide to two NJ Assemblymen and one NJ State Senator.
