NJPHA 128th Annual Convention Request for Awards Nominations

Exhibitor and Sponsor Information

Dear Friends,

NJPhA will host their 138th Annual Convention at Trump Plaza Hotel on Tuesday, October 21st to Thursday, October 23rd. We welcome you to use this opportunity to meet NJPhA members and you can reach the pharmacies, hospitals and universities where they work and the people they work with every day.

Reason to exhibit:

• Exhibit Dates: Wednesday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 23rd
• Showcasing new products
• Networking with pharmacy professionals
• Building brand awareness of your company’s products and services.
• Establishing and developing relationships with new customers
• Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships
• Programs for Consultants, Hospital, Retail and Compounding Pharmacists

Education Program
Customize your exposure by sponsoring a session that uniquely meets the goals and objectives of your company. A list of specific programs that your company can sponsor is available or your program can be accredited for pharmacy continuing education credit (subject to approval). If you are interested in sponsoring a program or want to know more about the accreditation process, contact Dorita Allen. Your investment includes acknowledgement in all promotional material with your company logo and on program signage, and introduction and recognition from the podium. (Sponsorship opportunities available)

C.E. for exhibitors
Exhibitors may attend education programs and receive continuing education credit at a reduced membership rate will apply for each person requesting continuing education credits. Please register in advance or pick up a registration packet at the exhibitor registration desk during exhibitor registrations.

Sponsor-Provided Tote Bags
You can provide NJPhA with 1,300 of your own pre-printed company tote bags (subject to approval). All attendees will receive a bag as part of their registrations for the convention to assist them in keeping all of their accumulated convention materials easily accessible. Your investment will afford your company with the same high exposure.

Advertising in preliminary convention journal
NJPhA June journal will contain the preliminary program information, events, and registration will be mailed to members and distributed via mail reaching over 2,000 individuals. You can place a full-page advertisement in our June journal for half price. High quality-resolution advertisements must be received in PDF format by May 18, 2008
